Description
Very fluid acrylic resin allowing, in combination with various Perlon®, Nylon®, NYLGLAS® or 100% GLASS reinforcements, the realization of composite parts, such as prosthesis sockets.
The polymerization of this resin is carried out at room temperature, by adding our hardener SIPACRYL powder, at a rate of 2% to 3% by weight relative to the amount of resin.
The resin COPACRYL Jersey allows to obtain composite parts presenting:
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Very good skin tolerance
- An ability to be thermoformed after hardening (within the limit of the elasticity of the
- reinforcement fabrics used)
- Can also be used with our natural ORTHOFLAX®, ECO-BLACK and HYBRID reinforcements.
