Description
FORMOUSSE 450 is a hard foam expanded with water, CFC free or substitute It is aimed to the moulding of pieces, with an average density around 450 g/L and which require a hardness of 55 shore hardness D.
The FORMOUSSE 450 - HARDENER ® system makes it possible to obtain a foam with a very fine cellular structure, a very good dimensional stability and a very fast demolding time.
For the field of podo-orthosis it allows to make moldings of resistant forms and can be work like wood.
Before pouring in the plaster bandage, we recommend to apply inside, an insulator like LIQUID LATEX and then a releasing agent like our Z 400, or you can directly apply our RELEASING AGENT (P232).
