Description
COPSIL 40 is a technical silicone elastomer translucent with very high mechanical properties. It can be used in contact with skin because it respects the ISO 10993-5 standard.
The silicone elastomer COPSIL 40 is a two component system (resin and hardener) viscous with a ratio mix of 1/1. It crosslinks at room temperature by polyaddition reaction with a platinum catalyst. Polymerization can be accelerated by heat.
Easy to use, this product can be colored and is designed for the manufacturing of molds or translucent parts with high hardness (40 Shore A) and with high mechanical strength.
